Dated 08/09/2011 per District Primary Education Officer, all. Govt. Officer, All Subjects- 100% full day attendance of teachers in all the primary schools of the state. Reference : Prashini / Sankalan / 2031/07, Dt. 16/01/2021 Due to the epidemic of Kovid-17, the direct education work was stopped in all the schools in the state of Gujarat when the lockdown was implemented by the government in March-2020. Even at present, all the primary schools in the state of Gujarat are closed for direct education and educational activities are being carried out keeping in view the instructions of Hane Taring. Following the lockdown period, the instructions issued regarding the attendance of teachers in the school are still being implemented.
Subsequently, as per the decision taken in the meeting held at the higher level on January 2021, the classes of Std. 10 and 12 of all the boards of secondary and higher secondary schools in the state from 11/01/2071 and the classes of Std. 9 and 11 on 01/01. It has been resumed from 09/2021 with necessary instructions for direct education work. In view of the fact that the number of Kovid-12 cases in the State of Gujarat is declining and the condition of Corona is coming under control, the Government has canceled the earlier instruction for all primary school teachers to be present on duty on rotation basis and replaced it. It is hereby requested to implement the following instructions from the date 08/09/2021.
All primary schools in the state will have to be full time instead of morning.
Attendance of primary teachers and head teachers performing duty in the above primary schools should be 100%.
Teachers and head teachers should be present in the school and do educational work like school addiction, evaluation of street education, unit test verification and its data entry. Students are not to be called to school under any circumstances. That matter must be strictly adhered to. All the Taluka Primary Education Officers, Education Inspectors / BRCs / CRCs and all the head teachers and teachers from your level should be instructed to strictly implement the above instructions.
